Comparison of thermal technical parameters of the external envelope

1. Both external and internal panels and roof, subfloor panels are filled with a high quality mineral wool insulation which makes the house warm and comfortable.
2. From the inside, all internal walls fitted with plasterboard (the external walls feature an additional vapour barrier layer to protect the building's structure from the adverse effects of humidity).
3. On the external face of the panel, an OSB 3 sheet is fitted.
4. High density moisture resistant saw dust board of 22mm is fitted on the first or second stories
5. A breather membrane is fitted between the rafters and treated main roofing battens, under the insulation there is vapour check layer where plasterboard is fitted from inside. As a result, the house is thermally efficient and stable in any weather conditions.
